More transit advocacy from UGA

Ten students from the Bulldogs for the Brain Train organization joined about 40 other college students from Emory, Georgia State, Georgia Tech and Mercer to lobby lawmakers for a commuter rail from Athens to Atlanta and Macon to Atlanta that would connect nine colleges and universities.

This was the second year students held the rally on Valentine's Day, said Abby Blaylock, co-founder of Bulldogs for the Brain Train, a student group advocating the construction of the rail from Athens to Atlanta.
