New proposals for pay as you drive insurance rates in Washington state. Great idea for cyclists, and for many drivers. Most ideas would track where you drive, when you drive, and how you drive, but I'd trade that privacy for inexpensive insurance rates since I'm normally a safe driver when I'm not on my bike. I doubt that the state of Georgia will get anything like this soon, but we can hope, or maybe contact a state representative.
